Community Volunteer of the Year Honoree
About Jack Borgmeyer

Jack Borgmeyer is the recipient of a new Legacy Ball award in 2012—the Community Volunteer of the Year Award. This award is presented to an individual whose volunteer service for Community Living and other local organizations has made St. Charles County a better place to live.

Jack is the Managing Partner of Grappa Grill in St. Charles and President of the Pasta Grill Corporation. A lifelong resident of St. Charles County, he is the Co-Founder/Treasurer/Secretary of the St. Charles Goodfellas, a non-profit organization that hosts events and provides funds to organizations in St. Charles, Lincoln and Warren Counties that benefit children. Since starting a year and a half ago, the organization has given over $30,000 in toys and money to charities in the community.

Jack also contributes his time to other nonprofits, as well as business and civic organizations. He is a member of Community Living’s Professional Advisory Network, the Boys and Girls Club of St. Charles County Board, the chairman of the Lindenwood University Campus YMCA Advisory Board, the Duchesne High School Alumni Board, the Academy of the Sacred Heart PCC Board, the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce, and the National Restaurant Association. Jack also serves as President of the Greater St. Louis Restaurant Association. In addition, Jack has emceed numerous St. Charles County events, including Community Living’s Trivia Night and Big Kahuna, St. Charles Magazine’s “40 Under 40”, St. Charles Chamber of Commerce “Citizen of the Years”, and Duchesne High School’s “Foresight” auction.

Jack and his wife, Anita, live in St. Peters and have two children, Sierra and Bennett.
