Support Services for Adults' mission is to support adults with disabilities in achieving their full potential. The program offers day services, which are individualized and based on the interests and needs of the participant. SSA provides individuals with the support needed to become active members of their community through volunteer work and accessing community resources. Participants receive training in independent living skills, communication and socialization skills, and behavioral support.
Admission Criteria
- Diagnosis of a developmental disability
- 20 years of age or older and not eligible for services from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education
- Residency requirements vary
