Community Living, Inc. proudly welcomes Family Support Services into our family and continues the FSS tradition of hosting Swing 4 Kids!
St. Louis native and former St. Louis Cardinal, Scott Cooper, will serve as honorary chair of the tournament.
- 11 a.m. registration, putting practice and box lunch
- Noon is the shotgun start (4 person scramble)
- Evening includes dinner, silent auction and golf ball drop
- Cost is $125 per golfer
- Sponsorships available for as little as $200

Putt-Putt Palooza

The Falls Golf Course Recreation Center
1301 Crooked Stick Drive, O'Fallon, MO (south side of Mexico Road opposite of Fort Zumwalt West High School)
- 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- $10 per person includes putt putt, goodie bag, and free participation in the Kid Zone from 6-8 p.m.
- Also, Kona Ice Mobile Café on-site from 6-8 p.m.
No registration required-just come and bring your family and friends!
